Marysville Appliance Service & Repair

I called the phone number and the voice mail was full. I did type my number then for someone to be paged. I did this two days in a row with no response. Their website lists a local phone number and then I read in a review that they were now called Dublin Appliances so I called that number and again left my number for someone to be paged. I did this 2 days in a row with no response. I wonder if they are still in business.

I had to leave a message but they returned my call within 10 minutes and were able to come out the same day to fix my dryer. He was very professional, very nice. They aren't Marysville Appliance anymore, just Dublin Appliance. I would call them again. Prices were reasonable.

Does not do service outside of Union County.

Our Kitchen Aid Dishwasher is less than 1 year old and completely stopped.( Luckily still under warranty). There are not many certified repair persons for Kitchen Aid, and Kitchen Aid customer service tried to schedule us with a company that would " bring tears to Angie's eyes". I spent quite a long time making them search for other alternatives that had a favorable rating on the list, and decided on Marysville Appliance. Although my schedule did not permit me to meet Bill, one of the owners, we were able to coordinate the repair while my daughter was home, and the dishwasher works like a charm now.

He was polite, timely, clean and I thought their rates were reasonable. Everything was fixed to my satisfaction!

THEY ARE A TWO MAN OPERATION THAT JUST DOES SERVICE. THEY ARE AUTHORIZED FACTORY REPRESENTATIVES WHO WERE ACTUALLY FIRST SENT BY THE APPLIANCE MANUFACTURER. THEY DID NOT EVEN CHARGE ME FOR THE MOST RECENT REPAIR TO MY REFRIGERATOR DOOR BECAUSE HE WAS OUT LAST SPRING TO WORK ON IT AND IT BROKE AGAIN. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED!

SERVICE TECH CALLED AND CAME EARLY IN THE SPECIFIED TIME FRAME, DETERMINED THAT THE DISPOSER COULD NOT BE REPAIRED SO REPLACED IT IN SHORT ORDER.
