Sorry, it looks like I pretty well covered both areas above. I will state, however, that Mr. Marshall and his crew were pleasant to deal with, and did sincerely want to make things right. Unfortunately, his going out of business precluded fixing the remaining problems, so my experience with him is pretty much a mixed bag.

I could never get a response back from them. They left before the work was finished and it took them three weeks to get back on the job. They never completed the work because I fired them; I had to complete the work myself. I would not use them again and I would not recommend them.

They did an excellent job. They are very friendly and professional. I would hire them to do any other work around the house.
