OK, I'LL ADMIT IT, MY LAWN WAS A DISASTER. IT WAS A NEWER HOME AND I SHOULD HAVE BEEN MORE DILIGENT IN WATERING THE LAWN TO HELP IT GROW. SO AFTER MANY SLICK FLYERS AND HIGH PRESSURE SALES TACTICS FROM FOLKS WHO CLAIMED THEY COULD SAVE IT, WE FOUND RICH AND HIS MALIBU IRRIGATION COMPANY AND WERE IMMEDIATELY IMPRESSED WITH HIS KNOWLEDGE, PATIENCE, AND PROFESSIONALISM. RICH WAS THE ONE PERSON WE WORKED WITH FROM BEGINNING TO END. RICH DID THE INITIAL CONTACT, DESIGN, ESTIMATE AND ACTUAL WORK. RICH NEVER HAD ANY DOUBT THAT WITH THE SYSTEM HE PUT IN, COMBINED WITH ME DOING MY PART OF WATERING ON THE SCHEDULE THAT HE SET UP, THE LAWN WOULD COME BACK. SURE ENOUGH, THE LAWN WAS SAVED! I OBVIOUSLY RECOMMEND MALIBU IRRIGATION IN A HEARTBEAT. HIS PRICES WERE OF COURSE VERY COMPARABLE TO THE COMPETITION, BUT WHAT REALLY SOLD ME WAS HIS KNOWLEDGE, THE QUALITY PARTS THAT HE USED, AND THE PRIDE HE TOOK IN HIS WORK WHICH PUT ME AT EASE FOR THIS INVESTMENT. WELL DONE!
