Really well! They did a fine job of making recommendations for my soft and hard landscaping needs. Product selection, installation and servicing were all top drawer. Couldn't be happier!

I called David Bratka to quote removing the weeds and overgrowth that had grown chest high in the wooded section that makes up 50% of our suburban yard. We had tried repeatedly to tackle the job as a DIY without success and it was unsightly and unusable. After looking at the project and talking to us about how we might use the area, David proposed we consider turning the area into a park-like setting with plantings, a dry stream bed and a large seating area which would include our fire pit. He helped us to see what we had consoldered a liability as an asset. The landscaping team lead by Josh was polite, friendly, neat, hardworking, professional and knowledgeable. As they cleared the brush, they preserved "volunteer" trees and existing ground cover that fit the new landscape. They were willing to make adjustments per our request as the project progressed. David was on site often and answered whatever questions I had. They transformed our property and finished ahead of schedule. What was once a horrible mess is now a gorgeous, functional area that adds to our property value. We are absolutely thrilled! I highly recommend Landscapes by Terra.

Had to tweak some things that weren’t drawn true to scale on the design plan, but team was easy to work with and finished product is lovely.

They stand by the word. Jeff came out as soon as I emailed him. He said he'd get a crew out...I said no hurry, but the guys came out within two weeks, pulled up every paver and added in fill where needed. 7 years after the installation and it looks like new. It's rare to find a company that does what they say...Landscapes by Terra is one of those rare ones.

That's good. I would say that's all been very satisfactory. We had them do our whole front lawn, the whole landscaping of our whole house, so we are on a continuing basis working with them as we add things and see how things are working and stuff, so we've been working with them for four years, maybe almost five. It's great, that's why we go back to them. They've been fine. We really didn't do much compare to pricing. Everything's been fine that they do. They know what they're doing and it's been fine. They always come when they say they're going to come. They're very professional. We're planning on using them in the future as long as we can afford it!

Well, they came a day later than they originally said they would, but they kept working despite the intermittent showers. They completed all the work in one day, and sent someone the next day to make sure things were all cleaned up. All the workers were friendly and professional.

Very well! Great crew, knew what they were doing, quick and nice to work with.

I phoned - they never returned my call to discuss or schedule. Wouldn't recommend them.

Good drawings but expensive

Poor. While I understand that this was a sales tool, they should have provided the plan as purchased. Once we expressed that we wanted costs further broken down to make it more affordable and that we could do some of the work, the rep never responded. The plan drawn up for the front was nice but thrown together and did not include what was discussed on the first visit. Felt he was rather condescending. We wanted a plan that we never got.

They were quick to come out and we discussed desired options. Said they would return with an estimate in a couple weeks, and I never heard from again.

They did a great job, our patio is one of the nicest parts of our house now and we are enjoying it every day weather permits.

Person showed up on time and gave us the estimate next day. Price was little high for my liking so I ended up doing it myself.

They were fine

It was okay. No landscaping work was completed. We did not have a consultation and were just looking for some general ideas. The design did not really fit our needs. I was expecting a little bit more out of the design/drawings for the money.

The only reason I used the other company they went to the same church as we do. They are professional and right in the ball park as in price.
