Very very good service.

Peter Peterson (sales) and Marysville Honda service did a super job helping me buy my 1st first Honda. I was in the market for a used CR-V and they had one I was interested in. A scheduled test drive, no pressure negotiation with Pete sealed the deal. The service department (Corey and his team) got involved after I noticed two issues on the test drive. They made both repairs quickly and professionally and I was on my way. The car is running great and I will not hesitate to make the drive from Grove City again.

Excellent in all ways, Brian Cox was a terrific help to find our used auto.

I am totally satisfied! I purchased the vehicle there and have had the maintenance there ever since. I also used their auto service for my previous vehicle. They are very nice and their prices are good. I actually travel past other auto service places to use Roush Honda because their service is just that good!

They charged me nothing because I have a service package. They're just an excellent dealership they do everything well there. They did wash my vehicle.They said it was in good shape.

They're a fantastic dealer to deal with. My family has bought 4 cars there. We keep going back. The prices are good, the service is outstanding, and they're good people to deal with.

They always seem to be careful and get things done quickly. I also really liked car dealer, they gave me the deal price, when I had questions the dealer asked the manager and got right back with me. I didn't feel like there was a run a round, my questions were answered quickly and directly. I recommend the service center and the sales department.

They process was really slow even though I knew the exact car I wanted to buy. They negotiation on the price and finalizing the financing took an entire day. I think it was extremely slow and a lot of sitting an waiting. I'm not sure if this was there tactic or what but it didn't need to be this slow. This was my second time buying a car here, and the first time was much better. I went back because of the a great service that I got from the auto service on the first car.

This is my 4 th vehicle purchase with them. They took care of me just fine. The purchase was a good deal.

But, what most impressed me about Honda Marysville was the followup service. I live in Columbus and recently had a brake issue (the car is only 1.5 years old and has about 20,000 miles). I took the car to a dealer nearby and there was debate about the work that should be done and whether it was under warranty. When things became confusing, I called Honda North America customer service which did not yield any more answers. I finally called the internet team at Marysville. They were able to involve Brad Lohr, the service manager, who explained the problem, shared the solution, and helped me navigate getting the problem solved. I was very impressed by the customer service as Brad called back twice to make sure that everything was resolved. I would gladly drive my car to Marysville to have service done.

It went fine. They are very good at what they do. It's a big dealership; it's a big service department. They are always quick and thorough and give you good information.

Nn problems a rental car was provided. The job was completed when they said it would be done.

We also have our car serviced there as well. They are very efficient and they are open 7 days a week for service.

The salesman I worked with was Tony Hicks. He was pleasant to work with, knowledgeable and professional. I had looked for the car online, so I knew what the price would be, Tony went over all my options, but did not pressure me. It was a good experience and I'm happy with the car.
