It went well and the technician was on time and efficient. The quote I was given was correct when I received the bill. Nice, small family business.

Workers were punctual, cordial, professional, knowledgeable, and took care of all scheduled work timely.   The cost was very reasonable.  I will definitely call them in the future for all electrical needs.

Company arrived and completed work in exactly the time they specified and cost was exactly to the quote. Very pleased with the service provided.

They were here for a hour and a half and the price was reasonable for the amount of work they did.

They must be rather busy so I needed to leave a message on their phone re. the work I wanted done. They called me back in a few days though.

I was not there when the work was done, my wife was. Two men arrived and did the work, which involved cutting holes into the carpet, installing outlet covers, and installing an electrical device/box downstairs. They did a very careful job cutting into the carpet and it looks good. My wife was pleased with their professionalism. The only issue was she wished they would've kept their shoes off...as it was, they needed to make a few trips in and out of the house, and kept them on. So, we'll have a bit of carpet cleaning to do. But, when dealing w/electrical work, you don't want to mess around. I'd hire them again!

Appointment was soon after my phone call. They arrived on time, used disposable booties when in the house and basement (bad weather outside). They did their work promptly. Invoice for this work was received in the mail on January 15th.

Great they were punctual and cleaned up all debris and dust when finished. Very effective and friendly.

Before they came out they said we should call DPand L first so they can check the line. When Eubanks came out they checked the electric and determined the problem was outside. It went quickly and had some time left so the tech checked and repaired a ceiling light/fan for us.

We don't remember how much we spent on their services. They're very friendly and honest. The people there do what they're supposed to do. We have not used anybody else for electrical services.

From the estimate through arriving for the job, they called and informed use when they were coming, arrived on time. All employees were cordial and respectfull of both our home and to us. They were efficient, peformed all the work in the estimated time and cleaned up there work area as they did the job. They researched the exact type of switches that we wanted and made trips to both Home Depot and Lowes to purchases the exact switch. They understood from the start of the job that we planned on picking out and installing our own fans/lights and did not try to pursuade us to purchase these items before the job. With the exception of a quick vacumn after they left, we had nothing to clean up after the job was finished. These gentlemen were perfect examples of how service personal should peform their work. No breaks, arrive on time and complete the job, efficiently and leave the area clean.

I was initially disappointed with my experience because Rob, the owner, had missed our appointment to give me a bid on our job. I thought, and quot;oh great, here we go again---another tradesperson who is not conscienceand quot;. He called about 2 hours after our appointment time to apologize profusely and admit he had made a mistake in scheduling. He requested another appt. at my convienence. He showed up on time and sent me the bid, which was better that the other 2 I had received.
Mark showed up on time and accomplished the work. Some of the work was for our new irrigation system. A particular aspect had not been done the way it needed to be, but that was not the fault of Eubanks. Our irrigation installer called Eubanks and clarified, then they came back to tweek it to be correct. No griping or complaining on their part to come back. I was very happy with their service and hope they will be able to help us complete our basement refinishing.

We lost power in the upper level of our house. We called Eubanks on a Monday and they said they could fit us in at the end of the day, but they'd rather come first thing Tuesday morning to make sure they had all the time they needed to find the problem. The electrician was very courteous and spent nearly two hours searching for the problem (a short in a light fixture, and also a wiring issue in the electrical box) and fixed it. He took the time out to update me on what he was looking for and was able to explain to me the problem in laymens terms, without talking down to me. He also cleaned everything up and moved all the furniture back to their original locations before leaving.
