Brett Short Circuits LLC

Communications/responsiveness could have been a little better, but they are a very busy firm. However, the quality and professionalism displayed by Brett's employees more than made up for it. They were punctual, arriving on time and working persistently until completed. They were also careful not to cause any damage to my home and they cleaned up nicely. I will absolutely hire again for electrical work.

Overall, I am happy with the work performed and believe the final product to be of high quality. 
There were a few bumps along the way, but the job was complex and involved more than a single day for installation..  The first day of installation, they arrived approximately an hour late without advising me, which I did not appreciate, but subsequently, they arrived on time.  There was a surprise from the municipal zoning required, which delayed the start of the job a bit, but supposedly the city just implemented new requirements.  Finally, once the job was completed, there was a minor problem with the generator itself (gasket was prohibiting the generator throttle from fully opening and thus it could not reach full capacity) for which the Kohler Distributor had to schedule an appointment.  However, this gasket problem, was in no way the fault of Brett Short Circuit.  It was a minor fix that was a manufacturer problem.
Thus, although there were a few bumps, I believe the work done by Brett Short Circuit was very good.  The installers were personable, neat and cleaned up after themselves daily.
