Oils/Lubricants
I tried out Boyd's for an oil change because they sent out coupons in the mail. The first time everything went well. But the second time I had the oil changed there they said that they had to charge me and additional $8 to tap and install a new drain plug because it was stripped. I pointed out that they were the last ones to change the oil in the car. But they still wanted me to pay for the new drain plug. They covered the cost of the repair and I learned never to go back there again.
