Spring on our garage door broke around 4 pm on a Thursday. With a very busy weekend coming up and the need to have a working garage door, I was anxious of being able to find someone to come the following day. Our garage door was installed when we built the house in 1997 and we have never had any problems with it. There was a sticker on the door for Advanced Garage Door Specialists so I called them first just to see if they would be able to help. Luckily, they could come out at 7:30 a.m. the very next day. Quoted me a price of $150 for 1 spring or $175 for both springs over the phone. After looking at the spring that didn't break, I noticed rusted and wear and tear so decided to go with the $175 for both springs. Installer arrived right on time, took him 28 minutes to complete the task and everything was in proper working order when he left.

Kenny Steele was very responsive and helpful. Their prices were great. Installed Clopay door and cleaned up very well. We are very pleased!

Both of the times they came out it went really well. They came on time and they did the job as soon as they got here. This time when he came out to fix it he made an adjustment with no charge.

He came soon after I called him because I could not get out of the garage. I was not too impressed with his disposition. He was more worried about putting his sticker on my garage door opener. I would try to ask him questions, but he was on his cell phone almost the entire time he was here. He was kind of rude about me asking him questions. He said he was going to grease everything before he left but I don't think he did. I went out to ask him a question and told me I could just leave him the check and he left without any notification. I felt like he wanted me to leave him a check and leave him alone. I would not use him again. He was only here 15-20 minutes.

They were on time and the job was done when I wanted it done. It was completed to my satisfaction.

It went smoothly. Because no parts were required, I was only charged the $25 trip fee.

We called around 3 pm on a Friday afternoon. He arrived well within the 1 hour estimate and was finished quickly. He showed us some things to look for in the future.

They were able to come right out on the same day I called.

He was punctual, quick, and professional. He oil sprayed our garage door wheels before he left even though he was there to replace our keyless entry pad.

We called Kenny Steele at 7:00 PM on an emergency call, as both cars were locked in the garage after a spring broke. Kenny came to the house within 45 minutes and replaced the springs. He also checked and lubricated the belt drive to make sure there was no additional damage. Great Service.

Ken responded quickly - he came out and completed the work within three hours - on a Sunday morning!! He was a very nice gentleman.

KENNY CALLED US BACK RIGHT AWAY AND CAME OUT WITHIN A FEW HOURS (ON A SUNDAY). WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH HIS WORK.

THE DOOR WAS BROKEN IN A 5/6 UP POSITION AND OUR VEHICLE WAS TRAPPED IN THE GARAGE. I CALLED AT 4:30 PM AND KENNY WAS HERE BY 5:30 PM. I TRIED CALLING MANY OTHER ''SAME DAY'' VENDORS AND THE BEST I COULD GET WAS A NEXT DAY APPOINTMENT. KENNY WAS EFFICIENT AND PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH!

PERFORMED THIS EMERGENCY SERVICE ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. WAS PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND REASONABLY PRICED.

I CALLED SEVERAL COMPANIES FOR ESTIMATES BEFORE SELECTING ADVANCED GARAGE DOOR SPECIALISTS. WHILE OTHER COMMERCIAL COMPANIES, SEEMED MORE FORMAL, KENNY WAS GENUINELY CONCERNED ABOUT MY SAFETY OF THE DETERIORATED DOOR AND UNSAFE SPRINGS. HE BEAT THEIR ESTIMATES AND WITH A PERSONAL TOUCH! HE COMMITTED TO REPLACING THE GARAGE DOOR PROMPTLY, COMMUNICATED WITH ME ON A REGULAR BASIS, AND IMMEDIATELY RETURNED ALL PHONE CALLS, EVEN ON SUNDAY!

I CALLED ON A SATURDAY MORNING, BECAUSE SPRING HAD BROKEN ON FRIDAY NIGHT. I CALLED AT 9:30 IN THE MORNING, AND MR. STEELE ANSWERED. HE GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE TO REPLACE THE SPRING, AND SAID HE COULD BE THERE IN ABOUT ONE HOUR. HE SHOWED UP IN ABOUT ONE HOUR, REPLACED THE SPRING, AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. HE IS A PLEASANT GENTLEMAN, AND I WILL CALL HIM AGAIN WHEN THIS TYPE OF WORK IS NEEDED.
