MIKE ASMAN MASONRY

The patio was supposed to be a charcoal color but the color was blotchy and even non-existent in some places.  I contacted Curtis Asman within a month and he said I should apply a sealer to bring out the color.  He suggested I wait until spring when the weather was warmer so the sealer would work.  I applied the sealer (the brand he suggested) the following spring but it made no difference.  I tried to contact Curtis to get the problem resolved but with no luck.  I did however contact his brother with whom he works and he looked at the patio and agreed that the color wasn't applied correctly.  He also noted there were several cracks in the patio.  He said there should have been cut lines in the patio to help prevent cracking.
I tried several times to contact Curtis during the summer of 2014 and finally made contact in the fall but by that time it was too late in the year to fix the problem.  He said he would fix the problem in the spring.  I contacted him again in the spring of 2015 and he said he had a plan to fix the problem but wanted to wait until the weather was warmer.  I tried to contact him at least 20 times but my calls were never returned.
Meanwhile the driveway has developed cracks and low spots where water collects (and freezes in the winter) and I don't believe he'll honor his promise to fix any problems.
