Paul and his son got started around 9 AM and worked until the floors were cleanly sanded. They hung plastic to contain the dust and cleaned up the dust before quitting for the day.  The next day they sanded some more and applied the first coat of finish.  The second coat went on the following day after again smoothing the floors.  Paul was very thorough and knowledgable and told us how to care for the floor once it was dry (which was the following day). What we thought would be a horrible, dusty drawn out affair turned out to be a routine, pleasant experience and we now have a beautiful hallway and dining room floors. Now that we know how professional and easy the process can be, the bedrooms and maybe more are next.  The floors are beautiful..nothing beats wood floors. We are ready to get rid of all our carpeting! Paul's a card but knows his stuff. Great experience. we'll write again when he does the bedrooms.
