 + -1 moreWhen they came out, they determined that the leak was actually from the tenant's water heater. Lee and Jacob arrived at 1:45 pm, and were professional in neither their appearance or speech. By 2:02 pm, I was calling my husband to inform them of what they had found, and I was then handed a bill for $295. I was never informed of this outrageous fee beforehand. Their total lack of professionalism and astronomical charges were unacceptable. I would advise anyone else to reconsider before using them. I would like to see some integrity in their pay structure, and I would also like to see them clean up their employees' appearance.
Description of Work: The condo management company called Underground Utilities because the plumber they called determined that the water stain on my tenant's carpet was coming from underneath the concrete slab. We called Underground Utilities to stop the leak.
