I WAS IMPRESSED BY THE PATIENCE THEY HAD SINCE MY MOTHER FOLLOWED THEIR EVERY MOVE AND WAS TALKING THE WHOLE TIME. WHEN THEY FOUND OUT SOME OF THE APPLIANCES WOULD NOT FIT, THEY RETURNED THEM TO THE ORIGINAL LOCATION. THEY DO NOT CHARGE TRIP CHARGES NOR DO THEY LIMIT THE AMOUNT OF TIME THEY WILL HIRE OUT FOR. VERY REASONABLE RATE FOR THE CARE THEY TOOK WITH THE ITEMS.
