The repair was done very nicely and very well. The person that did the repair was very professional and pleasant to have in our home.

The professionalism was not great. There was one person here doing the work and he was punctual. There was some nicks on the walls and damage on my drywall from their equipment. I couldn't see what was pulled out of the ducts.

The girl that wrote up the bill told me I needed a certified person who installs propane. I paid extra money to sears for that. When the man came out he told me he does not work with propane and that I needed a plumber. When I talked to them about this they gave me my money back that I paid for the extra work. We had an electric stove and had a plumber come out to unplugged the stove, if I would have known about needing a plumber I could have gotten my new stove hooked up at the same time. They were nice but, they didn't help either.

The installation, especially of the dryer, was what I wanted. They
promised to do it. But after they were there I discovered they had
not connected the dryer to the outside of house. After complaining,
they arranged to send another installer, for extra charge. The second
one told that no such promise had been made and left me with no work
done. Worse SEARS should not have promised installation even tho they
asked for extra for the tubing to go outside house.
Eventually I had to hire a handyman who did the job.
My judgment now is that the Sears who had installed previous
major appliances no longer had that service.

This was the worst experience of online shopping I have ever had, and I buy a lot of things online for my home and business, I never could get though to a manager, all I received was the runaround

It did not cost anything because it was under warranty. I do not know that I would recommend. That is where I usually go and the warranty will take care of everything. I did not have any issue with the ice maker since the service was provided. They did what they were supposed to do and it was great.

Honestly they liked Best Buy better, but they were tired of running around and Sears agreed to a price match and that is why we bought the fridge there. They delivered the fridge. Everything worked out fine; no problems. They came when they said, they dropped it off, and then left. They did price match, but we had to haggle first.

It went well. They seemed like they were doing what they were supposed to do.

My overall experience with them was good. There are still some issues that I am not happy with. They made a couple of mistakes on that I had to make another trip in there.
