Randy and Rick Kramer were recommended to me for remodeling and contracting services. I had a bad experience with them. I added a room that was about 500 sq ft. When they ordered the trusses they were the wrong size, it went downhill from there. I had to hire another contractor to fix the damage they had done. They started the job in August and I fired them in November. In the process of the room addition they also damaged most of the ceilings in the rest of my home which I also had to have repaired. They put on a roof and the shingles were put on sideways and it was not sealed properly which caused leaks. I had to have someone tear the roof off and put on a new one. I had a structural engineer involved, the bearing points did not match. It would have been cheaper for me to tear down the entire structure and start over. It ended up costing me about $50,000 in repairs on top of what I paid them.
