The staff on the phone was very courteous and polite. Brad was the employee who had came to the house and we was very polite and very helpful and explored many different options to come up with the most cost effective yet best solution to the problem I was having. Even though the problem was difficult to figure out he tried every option until the problem was found. His persistence saved me thousands of dollars and unneeded yard excavation.

The appointment was scheduled at 4pm. The tech arrived at 5:45pm. No call was made to let us know the tech would be delayed. I actually called at 30 mins late and was told the tech would arrive in 20-30 mins. We were very upset at the tardiness. We had to postpone a planned event because of this. The tech did not talk much but was nice and did a good job. He provided a lot of information when asked. A firm price was never provided, however a range was given. We accepted the top price and were not surprised when we were given the bill for the top price. I was quite annoyed the tech was not adequately prepared to accept my credit card payment. He wrote my information on a piece of paper and said he would run it the next day. All in all- customer service means everything. We were given crappy service and will not use this company again.

They were out twice within 30 days because sewer line was backing up. They found the problem and fixed it. They just provided very, very good service.

Help yourself by identifying the locations of the clog and cleanout points first if possible.
Clear the area they need to work. They do clean up after work is performed but plan to clean and replace personal items afterwards.

They came out two times and did not charge me for the second visit. They worked hard and spend a lot of time and I still have sewer gas.

I felt that the technician was very skilled and professional. When he arrived he quickly assessed the problem and went straight to work. He was very willing to discussed improvement projects outside the scope of this particualr visit and make cost effective recommendations. The primary problems were a shattered trap in the bathroom and a completely block sewer drain. Due to the age and pipes used in the bathroon piping he had to get a replacement from his shop. But the main sewer drain required accessing the final tap to the street from the basement. He found it very quickly and that problem was resolved within 10 minutes. Once he obtained the replacement trap, that repair tool approximately 10 minutes. The whole expereicne was very positive and I would recommend Rand R again.

I found them to be very professional and prompt in response to my service call needs. I think they are fairly cost effective.
