 + -1 moreOnly reason for less than "perfect" rating is length of time to complete job. Even Jerry was not satisfied with time.
Description of Work: Removed old building and built new 28x40 garage with storage above. Required new foundation and concrete floor. Contractor did all of the work - no subcontractors.
