When my wife called them in early December, Jeff came out that day and provided a detailed quote. Their price seemed reasonable based on two previous quotes we had received and we hired them. The cold weather kept them from working right away, but they kept in touch to let us know that we were still on their schedule. Once we got a decent day (cold, but sunny), they arrived and very professionally completed the work. In a half a day they got done what I had been putting off trying to do myself for a year. And their work was a lot better than my DIY would have been. Very pleased with their work and a very reasonable price.

It was approx 10 days from agreement to install. They did a great job. There was no mess and nothing to clean-up. Everything looked good but I just didn't like one of the drops from roof line to lower roof line (though my husband initially agreed to it and it didn't bother him). That's a fair amt to spend and I knew it would drive me crazy everytime I looked at it (right at our back door) so we asked them to come back and see if they could change it a little. They didn't seem bothered by the request and came by the next time they were in the area, within 2 weeks, made some changes to make it much less noticable. Overall it was a good contractor experience and I would recommend them.
