he did not show or call the day he said he would be there. I gave him two days and then called in the afternoon. He showed up the following day as on the day I called again, he did follow thru... I called him back approx 2 weeks ago that the toliet was once again running plz come and look. Unfortunately it costs me the consumer add't money on my water bill, so I have since shut the water supply line down leading to that particular toilet/bathroom... Too date, I have not heard, received a call or have seen the repair individual again..., Now I am responding to your survey

I wasn't there when he came, but my husband said he was a great guy and did a nice job!

He came out the same day we called. He was very friendly and polite.  He worked efficiently.  We werehappy with the service.

Everything went well. They were very courteous and resolved the issue quickly.

The service tech and his boss came out. They both checked the tub out and found one minor leak out of the 3 leaks that were actually there. They missed two main leaks that were on the drain. That caused there to be a bunch of water in my basement. They couldn't seem to figure out how that much water got into my basement from a tiny leak. We found the leak ourselves. There was a leak on the main drain pipe and the overflow drain. They never filled the tub past the jets and let it run long enough to identify the leak.
