See above. During the course of the work being done, the interior of my home suffered water damage and ceiling damage in three rooms. The roofing was torn off the existing structure to incorporate the new trussing/roof line. The roof was tarped incorrectly. Water damage in the master bedroom was extensive. Water poured in through the ceiling fan and leached through the entire ceiling on one occasion. Walls were compromised by water running through them. The master bathroom ceiling was damaged by a dropped tool. The hall bathroom (which had been remodeled last year) received extensive water damage due to the contracter failing to close an opening on the outside of the house. Once again, water was running through lighting fixtures in the ceiling onto the tiled floor and vanity. The room addition has three large windows. Two are side by side and are different in height. Siding installed on the outside of the house is not straight and was installed by untrained people. The job from the start was handled in a very unprofessional was by people who took on a job that was beyond their capabilities. They told me they were bonded and insured. They were not. I have spent must more than the original $24,000 to have the work either redone or reworked.
