There was one problem with the drain in the floor, it was dripping in the basement. They came back the next day after I called them.

Not only did they arrive when they were scheduled, the problem was diagnosed in minutes and repairs completed within 30 minutes. He replaced the gaskets and bolts and reveled the tank - lighting fast. After the repairs were completed, he explained the issue and gave me tips on what to look for should the same problem occur in the future.

My renter complained that the boiler wouldn't operate. It would light and run for a few seconds and then shut down. I called FC Bender who had done previous work for me. They responded right away and fixed the problem. They coordinated with the renter to gain access. I didn't have to do anything after calling them.

I called up Bender Plumbing and A/C to put in my A/C recently. He had originally put all the works in with a new furnace and he was waiting for me to come up with funds to order the A/C. I called him Thursday, he said he would order it and it should come Monday. He just put it in today and it's helped immensely! I'm so excited!

Bender Plumbing and Heating put a new furnace in for me recently. I've known Bob Havland, the owner, for a very long time. He's honest, funny and very kind. The system he puts in has "90% efficiency", I can't believe how great the furnace is with how it saves on my gas bill!
