Made a huge mess because they did not prepare properly. Broke our sump pump and nothing was done about it. Every time I go into the basement I am reminded. Wall were splashed with gunk and the gunk is all over everything.

Since install they have not responded to several calls I made for service.

I was pleased that they actually completed the work the day I called. Told me it might be later on the day I called or the next day. They called first, came and went straight to work to find out what was wrong. Polite and identified problem and make repairs needed. Cleaned up after and left area in good shape. Would call them in the future for issues with heating or air. Hot this week and the unit has worked great.

These people are great.

I had actually called on July 4th.Bright and early next day their office called and I set up our appointment.Mr. Roush showed up at the proper time, and ready to work.He quickly found the problem and repaired the unit.In addition,checked out the conditioner and cleaned it as well.Great repair at a great price equals a great experience!

We came home from a weekend trip to find that our sump pump had died. We had about 2-3 inches of water in our basement. We called Roush and they were out within the hour. The actual bill we received in the mail was less than the estimate on the phone......that was nice! We felt the charges for being a Sunday were very reasonable. We have used them before for our heating and a/c needs and have always been happy with their service.
