 + -1 moreNeeds half the money up front to get started. I paid that. Shows up 1 day late. Proceeds to cut the neighbors tree and put the branches in my yard. "We'll clean that up." OK. They did not. Neighbor's branches are still in my yard. Told me he needed money to buy tools to finish the big tree. Stupid me gave it to him. Have not seen or heard from him since. The job is NOT finished. Tree is still standing. Neighbor's tree is still in my yard. Look at [*** Link removed ***] and search for Caskey, Don Lots of Civil cases on this guy and a few Criminal. Can't give Zero stars. Thank you for your service. Pictures below show the mess left behind.
