Mr. Bindley arrived on time and left things clean and tidy when finished. Because of the inaccessible crawl space and hard wood which ruined a couple of his drill bits, the project took a little longer than estimated, but the end result exceeded my expectations. It was a very professional job. The security light at the back of my home has given me great visibility on my back deck and the driveway to my garage.

He came out within hours of my call even if it wasn't an emergency. Was very professional and I will call again when other problems arise.

During the estimate phase I was impressed with Bob's attention to detail and his willingness to explain my options. Bob showed up when promised and did a good job installing the new equipment and reconnecting all the circuits. He was very thorough in his follow up, returning to check all of the circuits after Ohio Edison restored power to the property. No nonsense, no flare, just good old fashioned service at a reasonable price. I would definitely use Bob again.
