From the start they tarped the roofs to protect from further damage and initiated the insurance claim after I gave them my policy number and permission to proceed.  They met with the adjuster and worked to make sure any and all damaged was compensated for by the insurance company.  They also made sure any other damage or problems were addressed and didn't try to nickel and dime me.  As the roofs were stripped off if damage was found we reviewed and they advised what the best course of action would be and I found their prices extremely reasonable.  They didn't try to just cover problems up or leave things in place that would need replaced in the near future.  They showed me the issues, advised and let me decide.  Most of the issues were spotted before they started though (soft spots, rotted vent piping, etc).  In the end, I couldn't be happier with the quality or the cost.  I've since used Beltran Construction again to replace another residential roof on one of my properties and have had the same experience.  Beltran Construction has been honest, straight forward and works very quickly (as long as the weather permits).
