They were great. They got here fast. We had water starting to back up into the basement area, it wasn't too bad. We were selling the house and had a showing scheduled. My wife called me in a panic at 1pm and we had a showing in the morning. My wife told me that the Realtor had reported water in the basement. AQUA TECH came out two hours after we called them. Price was what I expected because ejector pit pipes are really expensive.

WHEN THE REPRESENTATIVE ARRIVED, HE DID NOT REALIZE WE WERE ON DELCO WATER, NOT COLUMBUS. HE HAD NOT BEEN THERE FOR 5 MINUTES BEFORE HE OFFERED TO HELP US CLEAN UP OUR WATER. WE HAD A SALES PERSON FROM A WATER TREATMENT COMPANY OUT TO OUR HOUSE SEVERAL YEARS BEFORE. THERE WAS NO DIFFERENCE IN THEIR PRESENTATION. HE WAS THERE FOR OVER AN HOUR AND A HALF. HE ACTED AS THOUGH WE WERE BAD PARENTS IF WE CONTINUED TO BATH OUR CHILD AND WASH HIS CLOTHES IN THE CITY WATER. HE WANTED US TO SPEND BETWEEN $2000 AND $6000 AND DID NOT TAKE NO EASILY. THEY ALSO PROMISED US A GIFT CERTIFICATE TO HOME DEPOT FOR ALLOWING THEM TO TEST OUR WATER, AND THEY NEVER SENT IT.
