Called, he arrived promptly the same day.  The furnace had been refusing to fire-up (this is a newer York furnace).  The repair person knew what he was doing and made adjustments to fix the problem.  Very quick and reasonably priced service.  Very quick response time.

He was great. Was fast and polite. This is the second time I have used them and they always come right out. They send you a bill in the mail within a couple of days. I think they are very reasonable with their prices.

I called them and within the day they called back and establish an appointment for an estimate. They came to my home on time and looked at the house. They inspected where a new furnace would go and made recomendations of where to put the compressor for a new whole house air system. Also they made a suggestion of where to put a new thermostat. They gave me a brochure of furnaces and compressors and made estimates for them.
I called them back later that day and told them what I wanted and set up an installation date. They arrived on time with 3 men and in less than a normal work day put in a new furnace, central air, and a thermostat. It was running and tested before they left. They were very courteous, answered all my questions, and did not make a mess.
Their estimate was the charge to the penney. I would definitely recomend them to any one.

They're very good. One thing I like is it's a family owned company and they've been in business for fifty years. When you call the company with a question one of the owners will get back to you within twenty-four hours. It's a very reputable company. They're just good people to work with. We were able to save several hundred dollars by going with them. Their quality and responsiveness is excellent. I would use them again in the future.
