It went well. They were very professional. I would use them again. Nothing broken.

They worked fast and hard. Several pieces were large or awkward to handle. Stairways in the new house were narrow or had low clearance, but they were able to handle it. They had to try several configurations on some of the furnitue to make it go, but most f it got to where we wanted it. I got them off of a recommendation of a neighbor who had used them twice before.

For starters they grossly under estimated the size of the load and they had to attach a crate to the back of the truck and disassemble all my furniture and anything that could be taken apart. I contracted with them in November and they knew it would be a long move with me and my kids and animals. The driver quit the morning of my move without notice and the replacement driver showed up 5 days later with our things. The replacement driver was rude and made disparaging remarks about the company and let me know how much he did not want to be there. He also told me the crate was not attached correctly and the it could have broken away any time. He was the one in charge of telling the movers what to do and since it was a whole new team and they did not know how to put my furniture back together that they had taken apart. I spoke to the owner and was promised that my furniture would be put together the way it should be. The snow had started and I asked them specifically to put down floor coverings because I had paid to have the wide plank floors cleaned and they put down a little cloth and tracked in snow and sludge and then set my furniture and crumpled boxes down in the snow and sludge. They could not help the weather but if they would have been on time this would not have been an absolute disaster. I have cleaned and cleaned and still find their messes. My furniture is damaged and they dropped several things. They did not cover the upholstery. I have moved 11 times professionally and know there is normal wear and tear but I have never had anything like this happen before. They got me and this is just terrible that they have done this to me. I have pictures of the damage but they have told me I have to leave the things in the damaged conditions to make a claim, but I don;t know how that is possible when I need to use my things. I still find their cigarette butts in my driveway and yard. They are unprofessional and appalling. Very poor business practices. The price listed is just for the move, I have had to pay others to fix what they destroyed and got dirty.
