 + -1 moreProject went well. A few delays due to weather and emergency call to another customer. I am very pleased with the workmanship and attention to detail this crew provided. Quality workmanship. Job done right. Did not rush work just to get done and go to another job.
Description of Work: Repaired and replace a full roof, gutters and soffit. Added a porch with pillars. Performed electrical work. Painted and added drainage pipe. God job cleaning up afterwards.

 + -1 moreHe did an incredible job. He is an honest person that is not out just for the money. He is fair and knows what he is doing. I would refer him to anyone and he is the only person that I will be using on my home and our 2 rental units.
Description of Work: Tore up our floor not knowing what to expect as we have no way to get under the house to see the problem causing the very weak floor. He found the problems, added support amongst other things that I have no clue as to what the technical terms are. He did an incredible job so we hired him to come back and cut open a wall from one room to another and do some dry wall repair.

Description of Work: I had a living room floor that was very weak and we thought it was about to fall in according to our insurance inspector. Of all the companies that came to give me an estimate Steve was the only one that took a lot of time trying to find the problem. He tore up our floor, located the problems, explained them to us, gave us our options and fixed and finished it all in one day. He did an incredible job to insure the floor was very stable and safe. The bill was so much LESS than what we expected I was thrilled. He is honest, dependable, knowledgeable and he will not cheat you. I have already hired him to do more work on my house as well as our rental houses. He is the ONLY person that I will recommend. It is hard to find good and honest people that do quality work these days and he is one of them.
