Bp Soft Cloth Car Wash

I have used BP car wash for years both the automatic car wash and the employee based.  While the employees are friendly and do a good job, the last time I was in, the man I believe to be the manager was very abrasive. Well, after that the employees doing a good job wouldn't make up for the manager's rudeness.  I have had to even stop using the automatic car wash, it is a struggle to use my credit card, machine isn't working correctly.  Once in, there is often no soap if the machine doesn't stop mid cycle, which has happened twice to me.  Supplies are often empty at the vending machine.  If you try to reach someone to  have your money returned when the car wash or vending have taken it with out providing services or products, good luck!  I just hate to see this go down hill.
