Description of Work: We took in a washing machine on Dec. 23, 2010 and finally got it back on Jan. 18, 2011 (29 days) and it briefly worked but not well. In March it stopped completely and they informed us the labor and parts were not covered by any guarantee. We took it elsewhere and in two days it was fixed and working well. The repairs made by the second business were correcting mistakes made by Electrotech. The repairs were to correct loose wiring and bad connections.
