There guys done a great job. Our home is not your standard home and took a lot of special cuts and tucks . There guys put in a long day and got it all done in one day. We were very satisfied with there work.

Chris is a truly great guy and will give you the best deal you can find. He is very knowledgeable about the materials needed and worked with us extensively to help us choose the right type of hardwood. Any questions we had about the material or labor involved was answered politely and with a high degree of knowledge. I would definitely recommend him for any future projects we have for the house. We will be needing carpet soon and he will be the first and only person I call for that job.

Chris responded to our request for quoting this small job by saying that he doesn't normally do this kind of "repair" work, except for Angie's List members. It was clear he values the service and he went out of his way to make certain we were going to be pleased with the work he did. (We were very, very pleased with all aspects of the carpet replacement on our stairs.) We would use Flor Plan and Chris again in the future without hesitation.

FROM THE TIME I FIRST CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE, CHRIS WAS VERY POLITE AND ATTENTIVE. THEY CAME OUT TO EXAMINE THE ROOM RIGHT ON TIME WITH A REMINDER CALL FIRST, AND GAVE A COMPETITIVE ESTIMATE. WITH SIMILAR ESTIMATES FROM THREE COMPANIES, I WENT WITH FLOR-PLAN BECAUSE OF CHRIS'S HELPFUL, EAGER AND FRIENDLY ATTITUDE BOTH ON THE PHONE AND ON HIS VISIT FOR THE ESTIMATE. THEY HAD TO RE-SCHEDULE THE WORK DAY ONCE BECAUSE THE WINTER STORMS DELAYED THEM AT ANOTHER JOB, WHICH WAS FINE. THEY RESCHEDULED FOR A SUNDAY, AND THE ENTIRE CREW THAT CAME OUT WAS POLITE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HARD-WORKING. THE NEW FLOOR IS BEAUTIFUL.

I EMAILED THE COMPANY AFTER LOCATING THEM ON ANGIE'S LIST ALONG WITH TWO OTHER REFERRED COMPANIES. THEIR RESPONSE WAS WITHIN ONE DAY. THEY ARRIVED TO PRICE, REPAIR AND PREPARE TO COMPLETE THE JOB AFTER MY ACCEPTANCE. DUE TO MY WORK SCHEDULE, I SINCERELY APPRECIATED THEIR PRICING AND PERFORMING WORK IMMEDIATELY. THE EMPLOYEE WHO DID THE WORK AND WAS EXTREMELY MANNERLY AND THOUGHTFUL. I CAN'T TELL WHERE HE FIXED MY CARPET!

MY OVER ALL EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THE PEOPLE THAT INSTALLED THE FLOORING WERE VERY QUICK, CLEAN, AND EFFICIENT.

THEY WERE TWO WEEKS LATE AND TOTALLY FORGOT A SUITE IN THE HOUSE. WE HAD HOPED TO HAVE THE WORK DONE BEFORE WE MOVED FURNITURE IN TO AVOID THE HASSLE. THEY USED THE WRONG FINISH ON THE FLOOR AND HAD TO RE-DO, SO THIS CAUSED MORE HASSLE. WE ARE UNABLE TO PLACE FURNITURE DIRECTLY ON THE FLOOR. WE HIRED THEM BECAUSE WE WERE TOLD THEY WOULD HAVE THE JOB COMPLETED CORRECTLY BEFORE MOVE IN. THE SUITE THAT WAS NOT ORIGINALLY DONE, WAS LATER BUFFED AND THEY CHARGED $1600 FOR 45 MINUTES OF WORK. IN ADDITION THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIVE TO MY PHONE CALLS.

"THE MEMBER WALKED OUR INSTALLER THROUGH THE AREAS TO BE REFINISHED, BUT DID NOT SHOW HIM THE CARRIAGE HOUSE. HE DID NOT KNOW THAT IT WAS TO BE DONE. THE MEMBER THEN WENT OUT OF TOWN AND RETURNED AFTER THE FINISH WAS APPLIED. SHE WAS NOT SATISFIED WITH THE GLOSS LEVEL THAT IS THE NORM, WE REFINISHED THE FLOOR AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE AND MOVED THE FURNITURE AT NO CHARGE. I DISAGREE WITH HER REMARKS, BUT REALIZE THAT WE DID NOT COMPLETE THIS JOB AS WELL AS WE NORMALLY DO. OUR QUALITY IS UNPARALLELED."

THE REPRESENTATIVE OF THIS COMPANY REPEATEDLY DID NOT HONOR HIS PROMISES. HE ARRANGED FOR ME TO MEET HIM AT HIS BUSINESS AND DID NOT SHOW UP. THE STORE WAS NOT EVEN OPEN FOR ME TO SHOP. THE INSTALLATION WAS SHORT OF CARPETING AND IT TOOK WEEKS TO GET THE REMAINING CARPETING INSTALLED. AFTER THE POSITIVE COMMENTS ON ANGIE'S LIST, I WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED. THE ONLY PLUS WAS THE COMPETITIVE PRICE WHICH THE REP LOWERED TO MEET A COMPETITOR'S PRICE.
