When I first called Bob he answered the phone right away. He tried to trouble shoot the problem over the phone at first, gave me a couple things to look at and if it didn't fix the problem give him a call back to schedule a visit. Two things impressive with that statement. He answered the phone and he didn't try to schedule a visit costing me money right away. So when the problem persisted called him back and again he answered the phone right away and scheduled a visit for a couple days later. He showed up right on time, let me say that again, he showed up right on time, fixed the problem which turned out to be a loose screw on the squirrel cage that attaches it to the blower motor, gave me a couple suggestions on how to keep everything running smooth and where to find filters for my oddly shaped furnace. Bob is a class act guy, recommend him to anyone.

Called Bob because my fireplace wasn't lighting - it's the kind that turns on with a light switch and has a pilot light. I've used Bob many times before, as does my whole family. I like working with Bob because he's honest and I know he won't gouge me because I don't know much about HVAC. I think it's important to work with people I can trust and I trust him.
When I called Bob, he was able to accomodate me the next day - he probably would have come out the day I called but my schedule was full. He arrived on time, fixed my fireplace within minutes and then suggested he do a furnace inspection since I was paying for the visit anyway - it didnt' cost me anymore. I really appreciated his customer focus and ability to think about saving me money. And he's just a heck of a nice young man! I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.

Bob came out to work and he cleaned up very well. He went over the system very thoroughly. He is well regarded by my sister-in law. He is nice and honest person. I am very happy with the way he worked.
