They're responsive and good. The prices are reasonable. If we have any kind of need in that department they are the first we would call.

"Mam, That was 4 years ago and we have no calls in our system showing that you've had any issues that you've called us back for regarding the electric furnace we installed for you for $3077.00 on 09/20/2013. You did have us back in April 2015 for your heat pump not working and you were given a quote to replace it, but did not go with our quote. I'm a little confused as to why after 4 years, you now feel it's necessary to post this bad review. And our installer(s) would not have shown up drunk. I honestly feel that if all this had happened back then, you would not have called us back in 2015 and then waited 4 years to let the world know about it, so please call our office and let us know what has now transpired to prompt this review after all this time. I would truly like to know why. Thank you, Charlene Beam"

The provider arrived at my home on the same day I called requesting service. I was experiencing an issue with the furnace safety switch kicking the furnace off due to lack of airflow. The Alum Creek technician, Colby, immediately found a kinked hose and examined the fule nodule. He explained the issue very in depth so I would understand what he was doing to remedy the issue. I asked him if he would mind doing regular maintenance while he was there and he was agreeable.
I have used Alum Creek Heating and Cooling in the past for an AC issue. They were as responsive as they were this time. Both times they have provided service on my heating and cooling system I have been extremely satisfied with their work. I will continue to use them when I have heating and cooling needs in the future.

Since our system was under warranty we had it repaired by original installer, so Alum Creek didn't have to do the actual repair, but they were very helpful in determining the cause of the problem.

I talked to 4 different companies in the area. Alum Creek gave me the best price quote on a brand new Carrier 4 ton heat pump. I scheduled the install for a time that was convienent for me. The installation was professional - and they even came back after install a couple times to check out the unit to ensure it was working as it should for no charge.

The service was excellent. The technician showed up on time and very thoroughly inspected all our equipment. We had asked for an estimate for an outdoor sensor to perhaps improve when the heat pump went into and quot;emergencyand quot; (propane) mode. He explained how the thermostat controlled it now and, in fact, he observed it going into emergency mode on its own while he was there.
I had some follow-up questions the next day. I called the main number, and within 15 minutes the technician called me back and patiently answered my questions.

Called to schedule service for a bad blower motor on my gas furnace. There was a tech in my area (Dan). He called before arriving and he was very professional while performing his work. He took the time to show me everything in detail as well as how to avoid future problems. Total time from my call to my furnace working again was less than 2.5 hours!! We could not be more pleased with the service Alum Creek Heating and Cooling provided. If I could give a higher mark than and quot;Aand quot; I would!!
