He was on time and wanted to do what was best for me and the house I needed service on, he wasn't trying to upsell I would call again for future services.

They were punctual and professional.  I felt confident in their abilities.

I told him the lock had originally been removed from an old front door and replaced into a new one, but it wasn't properly aligned and therefore not functioning properly. I also pointed out to him the latch needed to be in the horizontal position to bolt. After he was done, I noticed the latch was in the vertical position to lock and asked him to change it which he did. He then flipped the latch several times and presented me with the bill. Shortly thereafter I noticed the latch was loose and floppy and not staying in position. My husband was very unhappy with it. I called after the holidays and was grilled by the receptionist to determine what course of action to take.? Later that day the serviceman called me, but instead of backing up his work and offering to come back out, he implied that since I was satisfied with his work before he left the house, this was now my problem. After much conversation, he said he would remove the lock and take it back to his shop for $75/hour to see what the problem was. By this time, I no longer trusted him and decided to eat my $90 loss. This company does not back their work and insists the customer is never right as far as I can tell. Every person I dealt with acted like they had an axe to grind. Completely unprofessional. Will never use again nor recommend.

Called to make an appointment for deadbolt installation; serviceman was fairly brusque and I initially did not understand his pricing. Did not offer many details about types of locks or query about what I was trying to do - I think he basically expected me to know exactly what I wanted before calling him (not an unreasonable stance, actually). On a positive note, he was able to schedule an appointment very quickly. On day of work, missed their first call; they waited for me to call back before sending a service man out. The guy they sent was extremely taciturn, to the point of grimness - not sure if he was the same guy that took my initial appointment. He was able to do the work very quickly (~20 minutes). The work involved some drilling; he was not very careful with cleaning up (a bit of sawdust left on the door, threshold and nearby floor; I cleaned it while he waited for the bill to be reconciled. Installation was clean and the lock (high quality; they provided) works well. The price was right; it would have cost me about 2/3 that amount for a good lock and the hole saw attachments to install it myself. The work was done, as I mentioned, very speedily. Don't look for a particularly friendly or personable experience, but the end result is pretty satisfactory. I would recommend them to others who are looking for basic locksmithing to be done.

THEY DID THE WORK WHILE I WAITED AT THE COUNTER. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DO A NICE JOB.

I WAS IMPRESSED BY THE WILLINGNESS OF THE LOCKSMITH TO STOP ON HIS WAY TO WORK. IT CERTAINLY SAVED AT LEAST ONE HOUR OF TIME. THE PRICE SEEMED REASONABLE FOR A SERVICE CALL AND FOR THE WORK INVOLVED IN ''UNFREEZING'' THE DEADBOLT.

THE REP WHO CAME TO MY RESCUE WAS WONDERFUL AND REPRESENTED THE COMPANY WELL.
