THEY TOLD US THAT WE WOULD HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO CANCEL THE REFINANCE PROCESS AT ANYTIME BY PAYING JUST THE APPRAISAL. THEY CALLED REPEATEDLY, GAVE FINANCIAL INFORMATION TO OUR BABYSITTER, PULLED CREDIT REPORTS UNNECESSARILY AND HARASSED US WHEN WE DID NOT WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
