SECURITY FENCE SYSTEMS

The fence looks fine. The quote process was fine, but it took them months and months to do the job. He wanted to come in the middle of a snow storm, and I had to tell him no. You have to keep after him if you want to get any work done, he seems to be very busy. I would use them again if I could be guaranteed they could do the work in a reasonable amount of time. He will answer his cell phone, and he does read his emails. That was kind of hard for me because I can not always check my home email.

Tom's estimate was a better price then any of the others I got, and the price was even better because he was willing to honor my request to use some good quality recycled materials rather then all new. Good for my pocketbook and good for the environment, everyone wins! His guys came out and did a good job and even kidded with my 2 year old son who kept yelling out the window to them. It was pretty cute.

This company went above and beyond. They were incredibly professional, honest and hardworking people. When they first came and started the boss introduced the crew to my husband and I. We do not have a lot of experience when dealing with contractors and this company strived to make us feel comfortable during the entire process.
