snow removal
 + -1 moreNEGATIVE: ON 4 OCCASIONS THEY FORGOT TO PLOW MY YARD. ONCE CALLING TO ASK IF THEY WOULD BE COMING, THEY STILL DID NOT SHOW UP FOR ANOTHER 2.5 HOURS. WHEN THEY DID PLOW, IT WAS VERY SLOPPY, QUICK IN AND OUT. WITH MUCH OF THE SNOW LEFT ON THE DRIVE. I TIMED THEM AND IT TOOK LESS THAN 2 MINUTES FOR THEM TO PLOW THE DRIVEWAY. VERY POOR JOB. MOST DAYS WHEN IT SNOWED DURING THE NIGHT THEY DID NOT SHOW UP BY 6 AM. ON DAYS I WAS HOME IT WOULD NOT BE PLOWED UNTIL BETWEEN 1 AND 4 PM. VERY INCONSISTENT AND NOT MEETING THE MOTTO IT ADVERTISED IN IT'S CONTRACT. POSITIVE: THEY WERE VERY EASY TO GET A HOLD OF ON THE TELEPHONE, WHICH WAS VERY GOOD WHEN THEY DIDN'T COME TO PLOW.
Description of Work: YEAR CONTRACT FOR SNOW REMOVAL. COMPANY CONTRACT STATED ''WE WILL BE THERE BY 7 AM IF IT SNOWS 2'' OR MORE AND AGAIN BY 6 PM IF IT SNOWS 2'' OR MORE.'' THIS WAS NEVER FULFILLED, EVER.
