 + -1 moreEverything was done on time and very professionally. I shopped around and this price was better than the bigger companies. He helped us stage the house prior to placing it on the market. The house sold pretty fast after Michael's help. I would use Michael again if the need arises.
Description of Work: Michael Clarke cleaned out a 2 story home and garage and completed landscaping services also. The landscaping included pruning trees. The house was vacant but had furniture including beds and living room furniture. He also repaired broken windows and damaged concrete. Michael prepared the house so that I could put it on the market. The property was immaculate.

 + 0 moreMr. Clarke was very professional and responsive to my requests. The work was completed in a day and I was very happy with the finished job. I would highly recommend him for this type of service.
Description of Work: Mr. Clarke cleaned out my basement and garage and hauled away items no longer needed, to a dump site and put items out to the curb for trash collection.
