KUMAR'S HOME IMPROVEMENTS

Joe Kumar's name was given to me by a trusted contractor who had installed windows for me twice in the past. Due to a hailstorm, the bottom half of my wood clapboard house needed painting and I decided to use the insurance settlement money toward vinyl siding instead. Joe came to my house twice and answered many questions about the process. He gave me a very reasonable quote and the address of a house nearby that he had recently sided. Based on this and the referral, I decided to sign a contract for the work. Joe obtained the necessary permit from the city of Lakewood before starting the job. Joe and his crew worked quickly and in a very professional manner. I am very pleased with the work that they did. Especially noteworthy is the work that they did in eliminating seams. My neighbor even commented that it looks like real wood. They very neatly cased around water faucets and the furnace vent. In addition, I had several small odd jobs to do around the house and Joe was willing to do them all....everything from shaving down a wood storm window that didn't fit to caulking around a bathtub. I highly recommend Kumar's Home Improvement to anyone looking for quality vinyl siding at an affordable price. Although I had to wait a couple months for the installation, it was well worth the wait.
