CAME OUT TO GIVE ESTIMATE. TOLD HER SHE NEEDED AN ARCHITECT FOR HER LAWN. ALSO SAID HER HUSBAND SHOULD BE THERE AS WELL TO GO OVER THE PLANS. THE PLANS COST $$. MEMBER FELT IT WASN'T REALLY A "FREE ESTIMATE" AND COMPANY NEVER CALLED HER BACK.
