I just like Home Depot. Delivery was fine, finding someone to help you when you go there is a little difficult.

They did a great job! We have already used them twice, and we will use them again if we need to. They installed carpet in our entire home and did a wonderful job. The quality of their work was great and their price was too.

As a new home owner,I love this particular Home Depot. There are two near us but this one has great customer service and its neat and clean. Plus,if you ask anyone anything they will help you. Other Home Depots are not like this one,I promise!

I initially went with Home Depot for the price, but regret my decision. The customer service was awful! The do not return phone calls, are disorganized, untimely and unprofessional. They called me twice to drive there and fill out the paperwork and it was not ready either time so I had to go back a third time! They also had issues with cutting my blinds to the appropriate size. I will not go there again.

They were good. They were very thorough. But because another agreement had already been signed they could not perform the work.

I liked them. The pricing was reasonable. They were punctual. I would use them again in the future if need be.

The salesman was very patient. I looked at lot for a small fridge and I compared them to Lowe's and Home Depot was much better. The delivery was excellent. They let you know what day they will deliver it when you purchase it and then the night before they call you can narrow down the time they will show up. The freezer did not come with a shelf and they went the extra mile and tried to figure out options for me.

I hate Home Depot; it's too big and the floors are too hard. Everything about them could be improved. It's very difficult to find what you're looking for. I'm not that thrilled with the store. Their display is hard to follow. I didn't speak to any sales associates; I just bought what I needed right away. I always feel like I'm overwhelmed when I go to Home Depot.

They were on time and the contractor was very nice.

I had a lot of trouble with Home Depot. I was promised the carpet by a certain date and they did not deliver. I needed this because I wanted it my new home before I moved in. This is why I went with them. They kept telling me the carpet had been shipped for 3 weeks and that the shipping was delayed. After that, the sales associate told me it was just being manufactured. They were either lying to me or they were very misinformed. He told me since it was so late arriving, they would move all of my furniture free of charge. When I was notified the carpet had finally arrived, they tried to charge me for the furniture moving. After several minutes of arguing, they finally said they would do that at no charge. They made me feel like I was lying to them to get something for free. I don't ever plan on buying carpet from Home Depot again. The customer service was terrible and this was a very stressful experience. One good thing was the installers. They were very courteous and did a great job.

I HAD TO SPECIAL ORDER ONE OF THE CABINETS, AND THEY CAME IN IN A TIMELY FASHION. THEY WENT TO GREAT LENGTHS TO FIELD MY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF THE WOOD AND PAINT MATCHING. THEY GAVE INSTANT CREDIT. THE STORE HAS ALWAYS BEEN HELPFUL, BECAUSE I SPENT A LOT OF TIME WITH A KITCHEN AND BATH PERSON, AND THEY DID NOT TRY TO RUSH ME THROUGH ANYTHING.
