They are unquestionably the most honest guys around, and if you want a job done correctly, on time, and at the price actually quoted, you will enjoy working with them. On each occasion they've been on time or notified me plenty in advance if they've been tied up unexpectedly on another job. They're happy to answer questions or concerns in detail, and Tony picks up the phone each time - no endless telephone tag with his group .
I see others have listed their prices as "B" grade, but based on my experience with other electricians, Tony's shop is an A+ for pricing because it's done right the first time and he doesn't do unnecessary work.
Best electrician in the Cleveland metro area, and when we build a new home we'll be calling Tony for the electric work.

I had a great experience with this company. The person they sent out was an excellent electrician. They knew exactly what they were doing and explained everything very well.  I would highly recommend this company. The manager, Anthony, as well as the tech, Todd, were both very nice to work with. 

They were pleasant on the phone. They showed up on time, the price was reasonable and they did not try and up sale me. They were polite and respectful of my property.

I first learned about Gatto when the electrician my general contractor liked to use was unavailable to rewire my newly remodeled first floor bathroom. The contractor stated that there was only one other electrician that he'd ever trust (Gatto) although he had never worked with them before. Mike came in, was very focused, worked quickly, and the job passed inspection with flying colors. When I remodeled my second floor bathroom, I opted not to hired a general contractor so the decision on which contractors to hire for all the work rested with me. I did not hesitate to call Gatto. They were my only call for electrical. Gatto is very expensive so keep the chatter to a minimum. The great thing is that they are so focused and move very quickly while on the job.

They did a great job. On time, courteous and explained what they were doing. They also did a very good job getting everything to work properly and they cleaned up their work area well.

He was very friendly when he was over there working. He was very professional about the job. He had showed up on time to do the work for me every time.

VERY ACCOMMODATING. HE WAS HERE FOR ANOTHER JOB AND WAS ABLE TO DO THIS WORK FOR ME WHILE HE WAS HERE.

THEY WERE VERY UP FRONT WITH ME ABOUT THE PRICING & SAID THAT THEY WERE EXPENSIVE, THAT THEY AREN'T AN $8/HOUR OPERATION. THEY STARTED THE SAME DAY THEY GAVE THE ESTIMATE. THEY WALKED THROUGH THE HOUSE WITH ME TO VERIFY WHAT I WANTED. A COUPLE HOURS INTO THE WORK, ANOTHER GENTLEMAN CAME TO HELP. THEY CAME BACK ANOTHER DAY & FINISHED THE JOB. THEY DIDN'T BRING A SUITCASE WITH THEM, THEY WERE IN & OUT, WHICH IS WHAT I REALLY LIKED. THEY CLEANED UP BEHIND THEMSELVES WELL. I HAD THEM QUOTE A NEW BREAKER BOX & THE QUOTE WAS FOR $1000. AFTER SPEAKING TO SOME OTHER ELECTRICIANS, I THINK I'LL GET SOME MORE QUOTES BEFORE I HIRE THEM FOR THE OTHER JOB SINCE THEIR PRICES SEEM TO BE VERY HIGH (ACCORDING TO THE OTHER ELECTRICIANS).

THEY WERE SO NICE! I CALLED THEM LATE ON A FRIDAY AND THEY ASSURED ME THERE WAS NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT. THEY PUT ME IN FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING. THEY WILL ANSWER THEIR PHONE OVER THE WEEKEND. THEIR WHOLE ATTITUDE WAS REALLY NICE, AND THE PERSON WHO CAME WAS VERY POLITE.
