 + -1 moreI brought a my Hoover Conquest vacuum into Forest Vacuum because the motor was making noise. I felt the bearing was burned out. The vacuum currently sells for about $800 and is used in an apartment building. It gets very heavy use and we have had it 25+ years. I explained that we need it fast. He checked it in & explained about how busy he is. The bottom line is a week passed & nothing happened. After almost 2 weeks I went in & my vacuum was sitting there untouched. I picked it up and walked out. I will never return.

 + -1 moreALL PERSONNEL HAVE BEEN POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. PRICING WAS REASONABLE.
Description of Work: I USED THIS COMPANY FOR REPAIR OF MY KIRBY VACUUM CLEANER. THEY CLEANED AND SERVICED THE MODEL, WHICH WAS NOT SUCTIONING PROPERLY. THE UNIT IS WORKING WELL. THE BUSINESS HAS ALSO HELPED ME WHEN I COULD NOT GET THE VACUUM BAG INSTALLED PROPERLY. THIS WAS A NO CHARGE.
