Appliance Repair
DID NOT COMMUNICATE THE SEVERITY OF A PROBLEM WITH THE SIZE OF THE OUTSIDE VENTILATION DUCT FOR THE MICROWAVE(THE PROBLEM WAS A RESULT OF THE BUILDER). HE CONNECTED THE CIRCULAR DUCT WITH A RECTANGULAR VENT FOR THE MICROWAVE WITHOUT A ROUND VENT TRANSITION. AFTER HE LEFT, I TRIED THE VENT AND INSTEAD OF SUCKING THE AIR OUT IT WAS BLOWING IN MY FACE. HE RETURNED AND HIS SOLUTION WAS PUTTING WEATHER STRIPPING BETWEEN THE TOP OF THE MICROWAVE AND THE BOTTOM OF THE CABINET (LEAVING GLUE ALL OVER THE FRONT EDGE OF MY CABINET). THIS JUST DIRECTED THE AIR TO THE SIDE. AFTER I CALLED AND COMPLAINED, HE CALLED ME WITH THE CORRECT SOLUTION AND I JUST TOLD HIM NOT TO COME BACK. WHEN INSTALLING THE MICROWAVE HE SCRATCHED MY WALL IN A BRAND NEW HOUSE I HAVE JUST MOVED INTO. HE GOT SAWDUST ALL OVER THE ENTIRE KITCHEN AND USED MY VACUUM TO CLEAN IT UP.
