Awesome service and know-how.  Matt did an excellent job on a tough lock and key replacement.  Also helped re-align doors that wouldn't shut properly without extra charge.  I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a locksmith with great customer service and pricing -- they were prompt, reliable and consistently followed through on promises made.  Kudos to "A-American Security" Sl

VERY PLEASANT AND ACCOMMODATING. HE HAD EVERYTHING HE NEEDED TO REPLACE SOME VERY OLD LOCKS IN A VISUALLY PLEASING WAY. (THEY LOOK LIKE THEY BELONG.) I DID NOT HAVE WORKING KEYS TO 3 OUT OF 5 DOORS, BUT NO PROBLEM FOR MATT. HE TOOK THE TIME TO POINT OUT ANY PROBLEMS AND HE VOLUNTARILY REPLACED SOME MISSING SCREWS ON A STORM DOOR. EMPTY HOUSE AND I HAD NO TOOLS--HE WAS KIND ENOUGH TO TAKE DOWN A SHELF FOR ME BY THE LAST DOOR. DIFFICULT FOR ME, BUT IT ONLY TOOK HIM 2 MINUTES WITH AN ELECTRIC SCREWDRIVER. GOOD EXPERIENCE.
