AVOID ! ! !

Like several other reviews on Angie's list I have been misled and have provided Ken Mills with a significant down payment and the work was never started. Took down payment for home window replacement but never placed the order for the windows. Will not respond and will not refund money. Please consult with the Better Business Bureau and he Ohio Attorney General.

Had complete renovation.  This contractor does not do quality work. 
Does not respond to problems.  Has problems with workers.  Does not pay workers.  Flooring improperly installed.  Needs to be redone. Electrician used cheap materials, some broken outlets. some lights improperly placed. Insulation not replaced, No outlets sealed or insulated.  Poor drywalling, unlevel cabinets, Does not supervise workers. Not prepared. Does not always have materials needed. Doors improperly hung. Broke stained glass when installing.

We had a contract with this man but he never showed up to have me sign it. He did ask me for half of the money and said that he would bring the contract the next time he came to her home. He cashed my $35000. check and didn't do the work. I have called the BBB and the police. I have an attorney. I wouldn't recommend this man or his company to anyone.

We had a dispute but everything was completed and looks great.

Do to some weather issues and not knowing the extensiveness of pipe damage it went a little longer then originally expected.  I am very pleased with the outcome and security of knowing that the problem is resolved and not just patched.  I really got to know Ken and his crew and definitely plan on calling them for future projects.

iThe team show up on the specific days that each team member said that they would be there. From start to finish was very smooth and hassle free.

Another contractor that did remodlen our down stairs bathroom never completed the job. The door was never painted or the towel bar hung.

Prompt, courteous, and professional service from coming out for the estimate to doing the work.  The quality of the workmanship was very good and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Ken and his employees along with his subs performed work that was of good quality.  Ken will listen to what you need done.  He understands what you are trying to accomplish and is patient with any frustrations you might have.  Ken will file the appropriate permits and plans with your city.  Ken is very polite and he will also go back and fix something that may not have turned out the way you wanted.  He was able to completely hide a cable wire behind the siding (after the siding was already done) that is now much better looking than before.  Stay patient, there might be a few delays, but Ken will come through.  His prices are very good and the materials are good quality.

I have no complaints.  Ken was very receptive to any changes that I requested, he also made suggestions and the end result was great. It took a little longer to complete than I had expected, although I did add a couple of things to the original request.  However, Ken was easy to work with and the finished product was worth the extra time.

Their work was fast but very good.

I found Ken Mills while I was working at a Doctors Office installing their IT infrastructure. I had seen him over the course of several days working with the countertops and cabinets. The work looked really good, so I decided to see if he could help me with my home project. We set up a time for Ken to assess the project and see what the costs would be. He gave me an estimate that sounded fair, then we scheduled a time do the job... Ken arrived on time and worked throughout the afternoon to complete the job. He was careful not to damage any of my furnishings and the finished result looks amazing. Thanks!
