Horrible! The job was to start mid-August. They never got a permit. They had excuse after excuse week after week. Everything from firing employees to forgotten court dates. The last excuse was the plumber was thrown in jail. Late September they hired a new plumber. The plumber did get a permit for the plumbing, did his job and the plumbing was bought off. The contractor now refuses to pay the plumber so the plumber is now taking both of us to small claims court. I have since been cited by the city for not obtaining a permit. I terminated this contract and have requested a refund. They have refused and have been very uncooperative and extremely unprofessional.

"THIS JOB WAS NOT COMPLETED DUE TO THE CUSTOMER WANTING ANOTHER CHEAPER CONTRACTOR. AND ONCE SHE DID THAT SHE GOT UPSET BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT DO THE JOB TO HER SPECIFICATIONS."

Very professional. They started on the day they stated they would be here, built everything exactly to our specifications, and finished two days after the estimated time it would take to finish. They kept us informed on the progress of the work and did a nice job with clean up at the end of the job.
