WE SAVED ABOUT $700 COMPARED TO ANOTHER NEARBY COMPANY. THE SERVICEMAN WHO REPLACED THE PUMP, WAS PROMPT, VERY COMPETENT, QUICK, AND DIDN'T MIND OUR MANY QUESTIONS. HE REUSED WORKABLE PARTS, SAVING US MONEY. THE PUMP CAME WITH A 3 YEAR WARRANTY. DENNY ANSWERED MY WARRANTY QUESTIONS WELL AND CAME BACK OUT A FEW DAYS LATER, FREE OF CHARGE, TO CHECK MY CONCERNS ABOUT THE PUMP. THE ANCIENT PRESSURE TANK NEEDED AIR WHICH HE FIXED AND HE GAVE ME A QUOTE FOR A NEW ONE WHEN I WAS READY, (NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES). FINALLY, HE ANSWERED MY QUESTION OF EXACTLY WHAT THE YUCKY SMELL AND TASTE IN THE WATER WAS AND GAVE DETAILED DIRECTIONS FOR HOW TO GET RID OF IT, (A MYSTERY THAT HAD PREOCCUPIED ME FOR 2 WEEKS). THEY WERE A GREAT HELP TO US AND I FELT LIKE I COULD TRUST THEM.
Description of Work: FIRST CHECKED BREAKER TO MAKE SURE IT WASN'T A SIMPLE SOLUTION. REMOVED, (WITH MUCH TROUBLE), OUR OLD PUMP AND REPLACED WELL PUMP, PRESSURE VALVE AND NIPPLE. LATER, FILLED PRESSURE TANK AND GAVE WELL DECONTAMINATION ADVICE.
