What started as a slow concern over the weekend, grew into an emergency in one night after heavy rains. An apparent leak in the water line from the well to the house caused the ground to swell and then overflow, flooding the backyard, patio, garage and under the slab out to the front of the house. The pump had been running all night and day. A friend recommended this local company. It was a late night call, 8pm, that Charles Burrows answered my call for help. They promptly came to my home the next morning at 8:30 am, as promised. I met Don and his son, Dean. They immediately surveyed the problem, knew right where to begin digging and within an hour, the pipe had been exposed, repaired, backfilled with dirt and I was back in business with water to the house and no more leaking.

Professional, pleasant duo - father/son - they were such a big help on very short notice. I HIGHLY recommend and would use them again in the future. All things considered, the charge was extremely reasonable. Don't hesitate to call this 5th generation company, if you need help with your well.

Our well pump was short cycling and we decided to go with Burrows since they drilled the original well in 2006. They arrived promptly, and found that the underground pressure tank was flooded and no longer functional. They replaced it and had the water back on within 1 hour.

Called them as did not get an answer from another. Originally also called one more company who were not drilling at the time and they recommended this company. They were out in a timely manner, gave a written estimate, took all the paper work thru the county as recommended, did the work and gave me updates as it was going along. They made a straight line to the site, took out as few plants as possible and did not have to remove any trees. I have a bit of a tree overhang in my driveway and they only cut a few branches to get their equipment in...believe me...thought they wouldn't make it! This was something I was VERY nervous about! Had no confidence they would get water. They reassured me and educated me along the way. Did back place some of the dirt but if you have any experience with well work you know you don't look like Home and Garden TV after...nor should you!!! Soil had to level itself and then you may have to add more later to even off. Did find water where they thought and tested ok. They also educated me what the steps would be if organisms were found with test by county, etc. They also had to terminally fill my old well and they gave me reasons why, which I confirmed with both the Health Dept. and a family member who works for another health dpt. in another state. Very satified with the work and the cost. And also they were one of the friendliest, down to earth people I've dealt with!

THE COMPANY WAS VERY PROMPT AND RESPONSIVE TO MY PHONE CALL. THEY ARRIVED AT THE TIME THAT WAS PROMISED. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY, COURTEOUSLY AND ECONOMICALLY.
